Paint Power Project Planner Terms of Use

Paint Power Project Planner offers general educational and project-planning information. Its calculations, service matches, checklists, and other outputs are estimates and are not professional inspections, engineering advice, legal advice, code-compliance determinations, or binding contractor proposals.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying measurements, site conditions, product specifications, permits, building requirements, and contractor scope before making purchasing or construction decisions. Conditions involving active leaks, suspected mold, lead, asbestos, structural damage, electrical work, plumbing, gas, or other safety risks require evaluation by an appropriately qualified professional.

No contractor relationship

Use of the plugin does not create a contractor-client relationship with Paint Power. A project relationship begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, warranties, and project scope must be confirmed directly with Paint Power.

Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the plugin is provided without warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular project. Paint Power is not responsible for decisions made solely from plugin output.
